What is STEER Energy Mix?

STEER is a caffeine and carbohydrate based energy drink. It contains a 30 g mixture of high quality carbohydrates & sugars. 150 mg of Caffeine for an extreme boost during your workouts, along with our essential electrolyte mix for efficient hydration. Suitable for both exercise and race day.

Usage Directions:

Empty the sachet into a 600 ml. bottle, shake well & consume the mix any where from 45 to 60 mins depending on your training load. Do not Exceed 2 Sachets per day.
