What is STEER Energy Mix?

STEER Energy Mix is a caffeine and carbohydrate based energy drink. It contains a mixture of high quality carbohydrates, sugars, and 150 mg of caffeine for an extreme boost during your workouts, along with our essential electrolyte mix for efficient hydration. Suitable for both exercise and race day. 

Usage Directions:

Mix 2 levelled scoops into a 500 to 600 ml water bottle. Shake well and consume the mix anywhere from 45 to 60 minutes depending on your training load.
