What is OX Energy Mix?

OX Energy Mix is an energy drink which contains a mixture of high quality carbohydrates, sugars & our essential electrolyte mix for efficient hydration. Suitable for both exercise and race day.

Usage Directions:

Mix 2 levelled scoops into a 500 to 600 ml water bottle. Shake well and consume the mix anywhere from 45 to 60 minutes depending on your training load.
